How do I install the agent?
In the console, open “Clusters and sources”, then “Add a cluster”, and run the kubectl apply command offered with the cluster's context.
Does the agent have access to my Secrets?
No. The agent is read-only and never reads the cluster's Secrets, image contents or environment variables.
How is the price calculated?
A fee per plan, then each distinct running image, based on the average of daily readings. Neither replicas nor the number of nodes count.
How do I change plan?
From your customer area: the new plan applies immediately, and the next invoice adjusts the fee pro rata.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your customer area: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The organization and its data are then deleted; remember to export them first.
Where is my data hosted?
In France, with backups encrypted twice a day. You can export all your data and delete the organization at any time.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Use “Forgot password” on your console's login page: a link is sent to you by email, if your account has an address.
